Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use PAX Comfort on your own computers. This is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the current version and future updates.
You may install and use PAX Comfort on multiple personal computers. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
PAX Comfort costs a one-time fee of $9.95 USD, processed securely via Stripe. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. No recurring charges.
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If the product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue, contact support@paxcomfort.app for a full refund.
PAX Comfort is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not affiliated with Microsoft, Asobo Studio, or any flight simulator developer. PAX Comfort is a third-party addon that uses the publicly available SimConnect SDK.
In no event shall PAX Comfort be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
