2. Data We Collect

Purchase Data: When you buy PAX Comfort, Stripe processes your payment. We store your email address, Stripe customer ID, and purchase date to manage your license and provide download access.

No Simulator Data: PAX Comfort runs locally on your computer. We do not collect, transmit, or store any flight simulator data, G-force readings, or comfort scores. All simulation data stays on your machine.

Essential Cookies: We use only essential cookies for payment processing and admin authentication. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing purchase data to deliver the product
• Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Retaining purchase records for tax/accounting

4. Data Sharing

• Stripe: Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• Supabase: Database hosting (EU region, SOC 2 compliant)
• Vercel: Website hosting

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

Purchase records are retained for the legally required period (10 years for tax purposes in Switzerland). You can request deletion of your email from our marketing communications at any time.

Under GDPR and Swiss data protection law (nDSG), you have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure (where legally possible), data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
